Venue: To match an estimated demand of 180 million tonnes of milk by 2021-22, NDDB had drawn up a National Dairy Plan two years ago. This plan recommends a two pronged strategy. First, doubling of the milk production over a period of 15 years by improvement of milk animals and optimal use of feed and fodder in order to fully realize the improved genetic potential and secondly, increasing the share of marketable surplus of the organized sector, both cooperative and private dairies from 30% to 65%.On the other hand Ministry of Food Processing Industries has its own programs targeting to incr ease the dairy processing and value added products in the country. In the fast changing world scenario and increasing competition in a globalized economy, there is a need to exploit the available resources to the maximum level and to use best technologies, developed in India or abroad, to cope with the rising domestic demand for dairy products and to target export markets to become “ A Food Factory to the World”.\\r\\nAs being need of the hour,to provide a common platform to dairy farmer and dairy producer and manufactures, Century group is organizing Dairy Expo India 2012, International Exhibition on Dairy products & Technologies. Concurrently the group is organizing Agri Expo 2012, an International exhibition on agriculture and allied agriculture products & technologies. Experts and leaders from the industry are being invited to participate.\\r\\n\\r\\nThis expo will show case the world best available dairy and dairy product and expert and local farmer will meet the scientist and univ ersity professor to resolve their problems.
